| As you can see we are still knee deep in snow, and we even got freezing rain last night. This barn is a favorite of mine. Not only is it well kept, but the cattle are well taken care of too. They are Charolais, and most are pregnant so the pitter patter of little calf feet will be seen soon. | We took a ride yesterday to my favorite lace to spot migrating ducks, at the Barcelona harbor on Lake Erie, and I saw these Lesser Scaups. They were far out in the harbor, and it was such a dark gloomy day. Very difficult to get decent photographs. Lots of Buffleheads, and Ring-necked too. |

| I took this shot last year, and even though this poor old barn is behind all the weeds, and almost missing a door, I think it could still be saved if someone had a few extra dollars and time. What do you think? I didn't realize I hadn't posted on a week. So unlike me. I've been preoccupied, plus the weather has been so yucky! | I think I have posted this barn before, but it is one of my favorites, and maybe not everyone saw it the first time.I think the Amish were getting ready for an auction. I haven't been out and about much lately to take many pictures. The weather has been so blah! Tomorrow we're supposed to see the sun! Not sure I'll know it when I see it. It's been so long!!
