| The other day driving home from the feed mill, the sky suddenly turned ugly. It had been sunny for the past few hours, but the threat of snow was in the forecast. |
 |
| Off to the West it was very dark, and the winds began to pick up. We hurried home not wanting to be caught in a storm. |
 |
| You can see the edge of the cold front as we neared home. We did make it safely, and it snowed over night, but only left us with 3/4". Click on over to http://skyley.blogspot.com to see lots more sky shots. |

I'm glad you made it home before the storm. I think the sky is quite lovely and very powerful looking!
Gosh, the sky is quite dark but the shots are fascinating... I love it! =)
those fronts are so cool to watch come in! - if you're already home, that is!
Angry looking clouds... glad you made it home safely.
Love the colors in that second capture. Makes you want to duck and run for cover. Happy Skywatching.
