This little female Ruby-throated hummingbird has been a very frequent visitor at my sugar water feeder more these days since it has been so rainy and cold. In this shot she is all wet.
A better day today she has dried out, but still it is cold.
Happy Ruby Tuesday and do click on over to http://workofthepoet.blogspot.com/ to see lots more RED.

GReat pics...I love these little birds...I had my first hummer at the feeder on Sunday.
Great shots! Is that the new camera? Really good! I haven't even hung up a feeder yet.
love these tiny wonders of nature. :)
I've never noticed a wet hummingbird before. Nice photos.
Adorable!
