Sorry they're not too clear. There wasn't much sun out and it was somewhat hazy..
The lake ( Findley Lake) near our home it is frozen already. I'm sure the ice isn't all that thick, but it usually doesn't freeze this early. After it does freeze solid there will be plenty of snowmobiles out here !
A small patch of open water and we saw a few Canada geese. As long as there is some water not frozen they will stay.
Today, Saturday is beautiful. The sun is most welcome and we are enjoying it. I took lots of pictures of the snow today and will post them for tomorrow.
Take care.
BTW Just 4 MORE days till the daylight begins to increase! Not much at first. but it's a start!

The wans and geese always leave here at the very last minute too. Don't blame them - I wouldn't be too keen on hitting the big cities either - once a country bird!
Always look forward to that turn around day!
Amazing pictures. All that snow makes for lovely scenes, but I'm sure creates its share of difficulties.
Blessings,Ruth
Gorgeous snowy pics. Just watching our weather for this area and snow is trying to get here. Maybe a white Chrismtas. So far we have had just two dustings of snow and it was just enough to cause chaos. Stay warm and have a great week.
Wow, that is a lot of snow, beautiful photos.
That valley photo sure is pretty.Even if a person don;t like snow, it makes for some super pictures. Have fun and hope you get what you want on Christmas.
