No Sun Today

This is what we saw all day today. Fog and gloom. No sun at all, but then you remember from my earlier post this week we don't get more than 5 days of the bright light during the month of December. Of course we DID gain one minute of daylight today. YEAH! The creek about a mile from our home is nearly frozen over. Quite early for this time of year.
We found several Turkeys sitting in the Sumac trees. Of course as soon as we stopped they took off running.

For the first time ever, I had a small flock of Crows eating beneath my feeders. They have never come this close to the house.

Have a good rest of the week.

Those Crows seem extra brave.
Usually they are very shy,at least around here.
Hope your day is filled with joy.
Blessings,Ruth

The crows we have aound here are far from being shy...they can clean out your feeder in the wink of an eye. Hope you see the sun soon. Only good thing about cloudy days are its great lighting for pictures. Stay warm...they are calling for snow in this area maybe sunday into monday...(I hope not)!
