RUBY TUESDAY

These are the berries of the Tartarian Honeysuckle shrub. They grow wild all over our area. In the early spring the plant has pretty pink flowers.

I was thinking the same thing as Mary -- that they resemble Marschino cherries. Really, they look good enough to eat, but I don't suppose they're edible. Happy Ruby Tuesday.
